Felipe is Co-Founder of Triangle Equity Group, LLC and an entrepreneur that has built several businesses across multiple industries. Felipe is also the managing Partner of RAW equity Group, LLC and a serial entrepreneur for the past 16 years. He founded his first company at 20 years old and grew it into a 7 figure business in record time. Currently Felipe has $18 million in assets under management with a focus on wholesaling, rehabbing and redeveloping residential SFR in the DFW, Texas Metro area. He has over 400 hundred transactions under his belt with an approximate $60 million in deal transaction volume.
Outside of Real Estate Felipe became a Professional Advanced Firefighter and Nationally Registered Paramedic in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth, TX area.
Daniel is the Co-Founder of Triangle Equity Group, LLC, and brings over two decades of experience in business development, finance, and real estate management. He has held leadership roles at globally recognized Fortune 500 organizations, implementing successful and profitable business strategies, and being responsible for business and market expansion.
As an entrepreneur, he has launched and managed successful enterprises across several industries, including real estate, property management, and restaurants, both in the US and abroad.
Daniel is an active STR (Short-Term Rental) real estate investor and manager, demonstrating a strong ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities while building relationships with key stakeholders.
He is highly analytical, with vast experience in project management, and boasts a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
Daniel holds an Industrial Engineering degree and an MBA.
Dustin is Co-Founder of Triangle Equity Group, LLC and has over 2 decades of finance and real estate experience. He currently manages over $260 million of Class A and B Multifamily assets consisting of ~1,400 apartment units in the primary Texas markets. He has over 10 years of Real Estate experience in multiple asset classes with a current focus on Multifamily Acquisitions and Asset Management.
Dustin was in the Broadcasting industry for over 19 years in DFW, TX market. He served as C.F.O. for 16 years at a privately held Radio Broadcasting Company. He holds a B.A. degree from the University of North Texas. Apart from his background in Real Estate, Dustin sits on the board and is a managing principal in the non-profit, Hope4Harper which focuses on awareness and fundraising for the rare genetic disorder, CDKL5 research.
